Welding & Fabrication Shop
Our Welding & Fabrication Shop, specializes in TIG (GTAW) welding, and small benchwork fabrications that require high qaulity and precision. We also utilize a Rotary Welding Positioner with Argon purge gas capability, for more uniform weld seams and higher production speed. From challenging repairwork to production welding of multiple small parts, our high level of qaulity standards is applied to every project, with customer satisfaction and safety as key focuses. At Volcan Welding we take pride in our work, and treat every project with utmost care. Our goal is a happy customer, with a good looking product in their hands.
Stainless Steel Welding
Stainless Steel Welding requires precision, expertise, and care. As locals to Niagara, we grew up in the heart of the grape & wine industry, our local manufacturing companies, and recognize their importance within our community and econonomy. We are proud to offer our support to wineries, craft breweries, and food production facilities, and manufacturing facilities, within Niagara. We specialize in new installation and replacement of stainless steel fittings on tanks and vessels. Short run tubing and piping weld in installations, applications that require argon purge gas to prevent product contamination and entrapment inside welded joints, leak repairs, and equipment repairs. We also provide production welding of parts, and small benchtop fabrication work. We also utilize our Rotary Welding Positioner with Argon purge gas capability whenever possible, to further improve weld seam consitency and production speed. Mobile and emergency on call welding services are available.
Aluminum Welding
Aluminum welding demands a unique set of skills and techniques due to the unique properties of this lightweight and corrosion-resistant nonferrous metal. As aluminum welding specialists you are in good hands, backed by many years of experience. Pipe welding services are available in our shop, and mobile for on-site services & emergency calls. We specialize in small, high quality pipe spool fabrications & welding, removal & reinstallation of flanges & fittings, repairs, applications that require argon back purge, and production welding of small piping system components of carbon steel, stainless steel, and Aluminum. We also utilize our Rotary Welding Positioner with Argon back purge capability whenever possible, to further improve weld seam quality, consistency, and production speed.
